The Role:
- Coordinating day-to-day transport operations to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time
- Analysing data to identify trends and inform logistics decisions
- Managing relationships with customers and drivers, delivering excellent service and promptly addressing any concerns
- Using IT systems (including TMS/TOPS, Excel, and Word) to maintain accurate records and generate reports
- Supporting the wider transport team with day-to-day communications and planning
- Making real-time decisions to resolve operational issues such as delays
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good IT skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
