We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, design-led business operating within a premium / luxury product environment. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their operations team in Harrogate.
You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and coordinating orders, ensuring all communication reflects the standards expected of a high-end brand.
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Updating CRM systems with customer information, order notes and delivery details
- Handling customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes
- Supporting Business Development Managers with customer updates and order communication
- Preparing reports and identifying areas for service improvement
Previous experience in customer service, sales support or coordination roles is required, along with experience working with CRM or order management systems. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
