  • ERP Transformation & Implementation: Lead full‑cycle ERP projects, from mapping processes to post‑rollout optimisation. Partner with business leaders to standardise and improve operational workflows. Configure systems, migrate data, and test integrations to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to give stakeholders real‑time insight. Automate processes and workflows wherever possible, maximising efficiency.
  • Change Management & Training: Deliver end‑user training and embed new ways of working. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring business requirements match system capabilities. Coordinate with internal development teams to deliver technical solutions. Guide multi‑site teams through transformation with clear communication and accountability.
