This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced logistics network planning professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of European fulfilment and transportation networks.
The Opportunity
- Lead strategic logistics network planning across Europe, driving the design and optimisation of:
- Warehouse network models & site selection
- Transportation routing & capacity planning
- Sorting hubs & fulfilment infrastructure
- Last-mile and terminal operations
The successful candidate will take ownership of network efficiency, operational optimisation, and long-term infrastructure strategy while managing and developing a high-performing planning team.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in European logistics network planning
- Strong background within e-commerce, fulfilment, or 3PL environments
- Previous leadership/team management experience
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to travel across Europe when required
