Nter Talent is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised, technology-led logistics and supply chain organisation to appoint a Head of Network Planning for their European operations. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced logistics network planning professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of European fulfilment and transportation networks.

The Opportunity

  • Lead strategic logistics network planning across Europe, driving the design and optimisation of:
    • Warehouse network models & site selection
    • Transportation routing & capacity planning
    • Sorting hubs & fulfilment infrastructure
    • Last-mile and terminal operations

The successful candidate will take ownership of network efficiency, operational optimisation, and long-term infrastructure strategy while managing and developing a high-performing planning team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in European logistics network planning
  • Strong background within e-commerce, fulfilment, or 3PL environments
  • Previous leadership/team management experience
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or similar
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Ability to travel across Europe when required
