What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Presenting new products to retailers in a persuasive and engaging way, highlighting their unique benefits.
- Delivering a consistent and reliable service to customers, ensuring their shelves stay stocked and their businesses supported.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and feedback using digital tools.
- Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to spot growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Field Sales or Van Sales, ideally within the FMCG, food or drink sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities, you’ll be managing your own territory and schedule.
- Proficiency with IT systems for reporting and record-keeping.
- A motivated, target-driven attitude and resilience to succeed in a competitive market.
- A full manual UK driving license is essential.
