We are searching for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our successful team based in Seaton Carew. The ideal candidate will be competent in pricing all aspects of construction and groundworks projects to include labour, materials and equipment provisions. They will also be confident in liaising and negotiating with clients.
Other duties will include:
- Completing take offs, producing and pricing bill of quantities.
- Accurately calculating project costs to present to clients.
- Pricing competitively to win projects whilst retaining a healthy profit margin.
- Researching prices and collecting quotes from suppliers.
- Monitoring and reacting to inflation.
- Working alongside other members of the Estimating and Quantity Surveying team as and when required.
