Join a supportive multidisciplinary team of nephrologists, nurses and allied health professionals dedicated to improving the lives of people living with kidney disease across the New England and North West region. Based at Tamworth Hospital, you'll provide specialist renal supportive care through home visits, hospital consultations and collaborative partnerships with community and palliative care services. You'll also work alongside the John Hunter Hospital Renal Hub to improve symptom management for people with advanced kidney disease while contributing to innovative models of care and service improvement.

Grow Your Career While Changing Lives
We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who combines advanced clinical knowledge with empathy, leadership and a passion for person-centred care.
You will bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least five years' post-registration experience in nephrology and/or palliative care.
- Postgraduate qualifications in renal or palliative care, or a willingness to undertake further study.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and care coordination skills.
- Experience working collaboratively across hospital and community settings.
- A commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care and continuous improvement.
- A current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel across the region.
