About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and customer-focused Administration Officer to join the Medical Imaging team at Tamworth Hospital on a casual basis. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide high-quality administrative support and exceptional customer service to patients, carers and healthcare professionals. Working within a busy and dynamic Medical Imaging Department, you will play an important role in ensuring patients receive a seamless and positive experience from the moment they engage with our service. This casual position operates across a 7-day roster, with shifts scheduled between 7:30am and 6:30pm, offering flexibility and variety in your work.

About the Team

You'll join a supportive administration team of eight staff working alongside 23 Radiographers and a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering patient-centred care. Our team prides itself on fostering a collaborative, respectful and welcoming workplace where staff are encouraged to learn, grow and succeed. Comprehensive orientation, mentoring, education and ongoing training will be provided to help you develop your skills and confidence within the Medical Imaging environment.

Provide an efficient and effective administrative/clerical service within the Hunter New England Imaging (Radiology and Nuclear Medicine departments).
