About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated Podiatrist to join our New England Community Aged Care Services (NECACS) team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred clinical services to clients across a variety of community settings. This includes our High-Risk Foot Clinic and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clinics, which support aged care clients in maintaining mobility, independence, and overall foot health. As part of the role, some travel will be required to rural clinic sites within the New England region, including occasional overnight stays.

About You: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Podiatrist who is passionate about community-based healthcare and aged care services. To thrive in this role, you will be:
- Clinically competent, with experience in managing high-risk foot conditions.
- Organised and efficient, with strong time management and documentation skills.
- A great communicator, comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathetic and patient-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, respectful care to older adults.
- Adaptable and comfortable with rural travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Requirements:
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency - AHPRA)
- Current NSW driver’s licence and ability to travel distances, sometimes greater than 150km away from Tamworth to provide clinical services. This will involve some overnight stays due to clinic requirements.
Additional Information: Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. Please note: if your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
