About the role:
The Health Service Manager (HSM) is responsible for running clinical oversight of Warialda’s Multi-Purpose Service (MPS). Hosting 2 emergency beds, 10 acute and 15 aged care beds, you will enjoy working in a role that brings variety across the different spaces. On any given day, you will be responsible for facility maintenance, patient flow, rostering and staff management, data and finance management and so on. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where innovation, autonomy and community connection sit at the centre of care delivery.
