HealthShare NSW is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Food & Cleaning Assistant to support patient comfort and well-being. In this role you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in our hospital. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking patient meal orders
  • Preparing and distributing meals
  • Recording patient intake
  • Dishwashing
  • Restocking linen and stores
  • Waste removal
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with infection control procedures

Applicants will be assessed against the essential criteria in Position Description. If successful following the application close date, you will be required to attend interview/complete comparative assessment as well as reference checks. This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening.
