NSTR are currently recruiting a Transaction Services Managing Director for a high growth and high performing boutique advisory firm in London which are currently building out their UK team with a key leadership hire that will support transactions across Private Equity and Corporates in the UK mid-market in addition to some cross-border transactions.
Profile Overview:
- You will have a deep understanding of deal fundamentals, e.g. quality of earnings, net debt and net working capital, EV to equity value.
- Experience of buy-side and sell-side transactions, vendor assistance and high level understanding of integration.
- Experience across the transaction cycle, e.g. SPA, data manipulation or value creation.
- Experience in independently leading complex project delivery.
Package: £130,000-£160,000 pa + Bonus + Benefits
