NSTR have been engaged to find experienced M&A Manager/ Associate Director candidates to join a rapidly growing Corporate Finance boutique in Manchester
Our client is a well-respected and reputable firm looking to bring an outstanding profile into the team at this point in their growth journey. You'll help advance the brand across the North West with a focus on developing juniors and leading deals on your own
Our client works within the Mid-Market usually operating on deals across the £5m – £30m range across all sectors; however have worked on some much larger deals as well. If you have experience with leading end-to-end buy-side or sell-side M&A deals, then this role is for you.
Worth noting, progression sits at the heart of our client's success. You'll receive direct mentorship from the current Partner working alongside him to ensure you reach your full potential. Our client also promote when you're ready; your route to Director is not only open but actively supported.
The firm also offers a relaxed and trusted environment, offering a fantastic hybrid policy and allowing you to WFH when necessary, understanding the maturity that comes with being an M&A professional.
