This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a leading Manchester (Salford Quays area) based Tech company.
The role requires 1 day a week on site in the Salford Quays area, with travel around the region for the rest of the time. A car and driving licence are essential.
The ideal candidate must have:
- A proven track record in New Business Development around hardware sales, ideally with channel partners.
- Experience generating B2B business from warm, inbound leads, creating and closing prospects.
- Experience exceeding sales targets and solid experience booking and carrying out meetings/demos/discovery calls with prospects.
- The ability to generate their own leads through researching target clients and outbound prospecting (across phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) and closing deals.
- A track record of hitting targets and excellent communication and CRM skills. Experience in software/tech/security sales is a bonus.
Essential skills:
- Proven commercial track record in a similar hardware sales role.
- Proven track record of hitting B2B sales targets.
- Able to generate own pipeline through outbound activity when inbound is quieter.
