This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a UK-based technology services organisation, and trusted Fortinet Partner, to deliver secure Fortinet-first network and SD-WAN solutions through hands-on project implementation, migration and customer handover. The role is remote working, based in the UK, with travel to customer sites and team meetings expected as required.
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will deliver secure Fortinet-first networking solutions across live customer environments, leading hands-on implementation, migration and testing, within complex project delivery engagements. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Operations teams to deploy and optimise Fortinet Security Fabric, SD WAN, SD BRANCH, and SASE solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and operationally supportable services aligned to governance and customer requirements.
You will take ownership of technical delivery workstreams including design validation, hybrid cloud integration, change execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and service handover, while maintaining high standards of delivery quality and customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong Fortinet expertise including FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer, proven experience delivering complex network changes within MSP or customer-facing environments, Fortinet NSE 7 certification (minimum), and excellent technical, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
