Service Delivery Manager – IT, M365, Cloud, ServiceNow, SharePoint, ITIL, ITAM, CyberSec, SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, Hybrid (4d/w London)
This is a fantastic permanent Service Delivery Manager opportunity with a leading London based tech organisation.
The Service Delivery Manager role is Hybrid starting with 4 days a week in the central London office (reducing to 3 days a week after 3 months) and the rest of the rime you will work remotely.
The Service Delivery Manager will overseas IT operations as well as a small Support & Infrastructure focussed Team (around 10 staff) As Service Delivery Manager strong experience creating and managing SLA, KPIs, OLAs etc is essential as is ITIL. Strong M365, SharePoint, Cloud (both Azure & AWS) and ServiceNow experience is essential as Service Delivery Manager as is stakeholder and 3rd party management skills. Good modern CyberSec & Compliance awareness are required as Service Delivery Manager as is strong IT & Software Asset Management. The Service Delivery Manager will also mage the relationship and SLAs of 3 party suppliers and vendors as well as internal teams. As Service Delivery Manager certifications such as Prince2, ITIL (ideally ITILv4+) are desirable as would any M&A experience.
