This is a fantastic permanent SDR Manager opportunity with a leading London based tech organisation.

The Sales Development Manager position is Hybrid with 3 days per week in central London , working from home the rest.

As SDR Manager previous experience leading teams of SDRs (and/or BDRs) is essential, helping them to generating quality leads that the business can convert. As SDR Manager previous experience leading Sales Development representatives in with IT or Telco / Communications (ideally Cloud, UC, UCaaS etc) is essential. Experience of various sales methodologies such as MEDPICC would be a bonus bus not essential. The SDR Manager must have also have a hands on background either in Sales Development or Business Development – so they have done the role of the team they will be manging and able to lead from the front. The SDR Manager must have solid CRM experience (ideally Salesforce or Salesloft) as well as man management, training and excellent processes. The SDR Manager will take over an existing team (currently 3-5 SDRs/BDRs) and will be able to shape the teams approach as they see fit as well as grow the team going forward. The Sales Development Manager get a bonus per qualified Lead as well as a percentage of sales generated from the Teams lead, so there is great potential for high earning (especially as commission is uncapped) as well as career progression with an established an successful business. As SDR Manager your team will focus primarily on SMB an Mid Market companies so any previous experience would be desirable.
