This is a fantastic permanent SDR Manager opportunity with a leading London based tech organisation. The Sales Development Manager position is Hybrid with 3 days per week in central London, working from home the rest.
As SDR Manager, previous experience leading teams of SDRs (and/or BDRs) is essential, helping them to generate quality leads that the business can convert. Previous experience leading Sales Development representatives in IT or Telco/Communications (ideally Cloud, UC, UCaaS etc) is essential. Experience of various sales methodologies such as MEDPICC would be a bonus but not essential.
The SDR Manager must have a hands-on background either in Sales Development or Business Development – so they have done the role of the team they will be managing and able to lead from the front. The SDR Manager must have solid CRM experience (ideally Salesforce or Salesloft) as well as man management, training and excellent processes.
The SDR Manager will take over an existing team (currently 3-5 SDRs/BDRs) and will be able to shape the team's approach as they see fit as well as grow the team going forward. The Sales Development Manager gets a bonus per qualified Lead as well as a percentage of sales generated from the team's lead, so there is great potential for high earning (especially as commission is uncapped) as well as career progression with an established and successful business.
As SDR Manager, your team will focus primarily on SMB and Mid Market companies, so any previous experience would be desirable.
