The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a leading London based tech organisation. The role is Hybrid starting with 4 days a week in the central London office (reducing to 3 days a week after 3 months) and the rest of the time you will work remotely.
The Service Delivery Manager will oversee IT operations as well as a small Support & Infrastructure focused Team (around 10 staff). Strong experience creating and managing SLAs, KPIs, OLAs etc. is essential as is ITIL. Strong M365, SharePoint, Cloud (both Azure & AWS) and ServiceNow experience is essential, as are stakeholder and 3rd party management skills. Good modern CyberSec & Compliance awareness are required, as is strong IT & Software Asset Management.
The Service Delivery Manager will also manage the relationship and SLAs of 3rd party suppliers and vendors as well as internal teams. Certifications such as Prince2, ITIL (ideally ITILv4+) are desirable as would any M&A experience.
