This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading infrastructure services organisation, driving a multidisciplinary team to implement, configure, and manage business applications.
The role is hybrid, initially 4 days a week in London, with the ability to travel to other sites as required.
As an IT Applications Manager, you will provide a crucial hands-on role in leading low-code/no-code application solutions. You will lead a team of 3, providing coaching, support, and performance management.
The ability to configure and manage applications using Microsoft Power Platforms, as well as manage the SharePoint and Snowflake environments, is essential. You will take ownership of COINS ERP and KRONOS managed services, as well as the migration of applications associated with M&A processes.
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AppSheet is ideal, along with an understanding of workflow automation and data modelling. ITIL Certification is desirable, particularly in dealing with change management processes. UK travel is expected, and willingness and ability to commute to various Group sites is essential.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) for low-code/no-code solution development.
- Strong capability in application configuration and management across SharePoint and Snowflake environments.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including coaching and performance management of technical teams.
- Experience in ERP and managed services oversight, particularly COINS ERP and KRONOS.
- Solid understanding of workflow automation, data modelling, and integration between enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and change management processes; certification desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with the ability to commute to Central London four days per week. You must be able and willing to travel to other sites as required.
