This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading tech company. The role is Hybrid, so 3 days a week in various offices around the Manchester (and occasionally Liverpool) area, with the other 2 working from home. Due to the nature of some locations, a driving license and car are essential. The role comes with a car allowance, but you will need your own vehicle from the start.

As a Support Engineer, you will be working in Windows and MS365 environments with in-depth knowledge of Windows 11, 10, and 7 (and older), as well as Microsoft Office 365 being essential. Active Directory and experience with laptops and mobile devices are essential, as is some exposure to Azure. Windows Server and imaging skills are also essential. Issues/tickets you will cover can include printers, networking, tablets, backup, and recovery.

Experience with firewalls, security, migrations, SCCM, or SQL Server are all desirable but not essential. You will be responsible for engaging with 3rd party and internal stakeholders, so experience providing support both in person and remotely, along with excellent communication skills, are essential. Solid experience working through a high volume of tickets/support requests is also essential.
