The Senior ServiceNow Developer is a contract position that is fully remote (you must be UK based) with occasional paid travel to Abu Dhabi (UAE). This travel may be frequent on occasions.
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be a hands-on developer for mainly new (but also some existing) ServiceNow projects. Solid IT Asset Management experience is essential, including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) modules. Strong previous commercial lifecycle experience with both is essential.
Ideally, the candidate will be certified in ServiceNow, either as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer, or hold other implementation certifications. Strong hands-on skills are essential, as is in-depth knowledge of CMDB, ITIL, and Agile methodologies. The role requires good REST API knowledge as well as licence management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with some design knowledge.

- Able to work slightly earlier UK hours to align with UAE timezone (e.g., 6am UK start)
