This is an exciting opportunity to join a UK-based Engineering Services organisation, responsible for delivering strategic technology transformation programmes across digital transformation, cyber security, cloud, infrastructure, enterprise applications, AI and business change initiatives.
The role is hybrid based in London, requiring in-office attendance 4 days per week during the initial probationary period, reducing to 2–3 days per week thereafter. Occasional travel to UK sites may also be required.
As IT Programme Manager, you will lead complex programmes of work across a diverse technology portfolio, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned to business objectives. You will manage multiple projects and workstreams, providing strong governance, delivery leadership, financial control and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with Executive Leadership, Business Unit Leaders, IT teams, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, suppliers and third-party delivery partners to drive successful programme outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience delivering large-scale IT transformation programmes within complex organisations, strong executive stakeholder management skills and a track record of leading technology-enabled change. Experience across enterprise applications, cyber security, infrastructure and cloud programmes is highly desirable, alongside strong programme governance and delivery expertise.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams within matrix organisations.
- Strong understanding of programme delivery methodologies, ideally certified MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, CRM, ServiceNow, AI, automation or digital workplace initiatives is desirable.
