The role is hybrid working, based in Essex, with occasional customer travel required.

As a Client Success Manager, you will take ownership of regional client accounts, building resilient and meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders to retain and renew customer contracts, as well as identify and drive growth opportunities.

Credible experience in enterprise B2B customer success and/or account management is essential, with a proven ability to collaborate with third-party channel partners (distributors). Ideally, you will have experience within a SaaS environment, with an understanding of the subscription-based business model.

Excellent English language skills are required, with a second language advantageous, as you will be working within an international business environment. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, able to negotiate effectively and manage senior customer relationships.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an enterprise B2B customer success and/or account management role.
  • Prior experience working within a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
  • Proven track record in building and managing senior relationships across accounts.
  • Strong experience collaborating with third-party suppliers/distributors.
  • Sales-oriented, with a focus on account growth and opportunity identification.
  • Able to negotiate effectively and be influential.
  • Excellent English communication – second language (desirable).

*This is a hybrid working position, based in Essex, UK. You must be able and willing to travel for customer meetings, primarily in the UK. Previous experience in an enterprise B2B customer success and/or account management role is essential, ideally within SaaS.*
