Are you ready to help shape a brand-new children’s home from the ground up? We’re seeking a compassionate Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bed residential home in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build an empowering environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A dedicated leader with experience working in children’s residential settings
- A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
- Someone who is either already working towards or willing to undertake a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- The ability to register with Ofsted (support provided for the right candidate)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking the lead in setting up and managing a new children’s home
- Providing leadership and support to a passionate care team
- Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all relevant legislation
- Developing care plans and managing placements in line with best practice
