Window Cleaner (Retail)

Retail Window Cleaner at NSS Group

Day work 5am – 1pm, 40 hours (Monday‑Friday). Pay: £12.50 per hour, £13.75 overtime.

Your Job Will Include (No experience necessary, full training will be provided):

• Travel to various building locations within your region to deliver low‑level window cleaning services using a reach‑and‑wash system and traditional window‑cleaning tools.
• Follow a programme of works that is scheduled around the postcode in which you live.
• Standard hours are 5am – 1pm.
• 15–20 jobs per day. Travel time is paid.
• Typically, solo rounds. Lone working.
• Work on properties such as coffee shops, banks, clothing retailers and convenience stores.
• May be required to work weekends on some occasions.
• Adhere to NSS risk assessments and method statements.

What We Need From You:

• Full driving licence (max 6 points).
• Hard‑working with a can‑do attitude.
• A good communicator with an eye for detail.
• Can work alone and as part of a team.
• Good with IT / smartphone usage.

You must be eligible to work in the UK. Please note, DBS checks will be carried out for this position.

The Division: NSS Cleaning is a leading provider of corporate, retail, and specialist cleaning services. Our work includes high and low‑level window cleaning, restorative deep cleans, sanitisation and pressure washing. Safety is our top priority – we provide ongoing training ensuring team members maintain IPAF, PASMA, IRATA, UKPIA, and other qualifications needed to deliver our services safely. Lone working operatives deliver low‑risk tasks; two or more people are required for MEWP working, cradle works, and anything above 3 metres.
