We are looking for a reliable and experienced Corporate Window Cleaning Supervisor to join our team on a permanent site at the Metrocentre in Newcastle. This hands-on supervisory role works nights within one of the UK’s busiest shopping centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the night shift cleaning operation across the Metrocentre site
  • Carry out window cleaning duties to a planned PPM schedule
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required standards
  • Use Water Fed Pole systems, traditional window cleaning tools, and specialist internal cleaning equipment
  • Operate machinery and access equipment where required (training provided if necessary)
  • Follow NSS risk assessments and method statements at all times
  • Monitor standards of work and support team performance on site
  • Communicate effectively with management and site contacts
  • Work independently and use initiative when managing nightly tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or supervisory experience preferred
  • Comfortable working at height
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to lead by example and work independently
  • Hard-working with a can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Eligible to work in the UK
