£4,000 Sign-On Bonus – Fall Protection Installation & Inspection Team. Offer valid for a limited time – £4,000 bonus for experienced engineers who can hit the ground running. If you’re experienced in fall protection, life safety systems, and working at height, you’ll already know this isn’t a standard site role. The work is varied. The environments are challenging. The Division NSS Testing specialises in the testing, inspection, and installation of commercial building assets — from fall arrest systems and life safety equipment to automation and access control.
We’re Looking For
- Experienced Height Safety Engineers
- Installation Engineers
- Established teams (Lead Engineer + Engineer) who want to move together
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be delivering servicing, maintenance, repairs, and installations across a wide range of height safety systems, including:
- Fall Arrest & Life Safety Lines
- Eyebolts (fall restraint & abseil)
- Gantry & Walkways
- Guardrails
- Fixed & Portable Ladders
- General Lifting Equipment
Alongside this, you will:
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and British Standards
- Identify and report additional works or remedial requirements
- Support other NSS divisions when required
- Work professionally across customer sites nationwide
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working at height in a similar role
- Strong installation and/or inspection background
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Professional, organised, and safety-focused approach
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and stay away when required
