Your Role - Main Purpose of the job
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the continued growth of NSS by identifying new opportunities, developing existing client relationships, and delivering solutions that meet our customers’ needs. You’ll manage a defined territory and customer base, working closely with our operational teams to ensure we continue delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.
- Winning new business opportunities across your regional territory.
- Managing and developing existing client relationships to maximise growth.
- Building strong multi-level relationships within customer organisations.
- Preparing and presenting proposals, bids and tenders with support from the Sales Team.
- Delivering the sales plan agreed with the Sales Director.
- Managing your pipeline, activity and forecasts via CRM.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Representing and promoting the NSS brand across the industry.
What We’re Looking for
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Experience selling complex services or solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to generating new business.
- The confidence to engage with multiple stakeholders within large organisations.
- A willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
- Experience within Facilities Management, Property Services or Specialist Services would be beneficial, but not essential.
