£25 a day stay-away allowance

NSS Projects Division is an Industrial roofing operation specialising in maintenance and refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial roofs through liquid encapsulation applications including rooflight and gutter installations. Based in Manchester undertaking projects nationally. We are looking for experienced roofers with proven industry experience to join our growing team.

Your job will include:

As part of a skilled gang of 4–5 roofers, you’ll deliver planned roofing maintenance and refurbishment work including:

  • Roof sheet fitting and cladding installation
  • Industrial painting and liquid roofing applications
  • Cut edge corrosion treatment and coating applications
  • Warm and cold roof build-ups
  • Rooflight and gutter installations
  • Long-duration roofing projects on commercial and industrial sites
  • Projects typically run for 12 to 15 weeks, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities and paid travel and accommodation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in industrial or traditional roofing / cladding
  • Comfortable working at height and away from home Monday–Friday
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Desirable (but not essential)

  • CSCS or NVQ (Slating, Tiling, Sheeting & Cladding)
  • IPAF (1b, 3a, 3b), PASMA, SSSTS / SMSTS, or First Aid
  • Experience with liquid coating applications or metal roofing systems
