Responsibilities
- Working in teams on planned maintenance jobs
- Appetite for heights
- Experience within Construction Industry, basic roofing knowledge (roofers\’ mate, decorators mate, cladders mate would be advantage, not essential)
- Must be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Pride in workmanship and accountable
Qualifications (not essential)
- IPAF (1b, 3a, eb)
- CSCS labourer or skilled worker
- PASMA
- First aid
- NVQ (Slating & Tiling / Sheeting & cladding)
- Reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, GRP flat roofing)

The Division NSS Maintenance are a working at height contractor working throughout UK, servicing facilities management clients and the refurbishment industry alike. Our national coverage operates from four UK depots to offer planned and reactive building fabric maintenance and refurbishment services to commercial, retail and industrial sectors. We currently employ 500 employees directly across the NSS Group and own a fully serviced truck mounted access fleet, which we use in house for reactive and planned maintenance and cleaning requests.
