The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for young people. You will:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a children’s residential setting
- Experience working with EBD
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
