Domiciliary Carer Location: Finchley, North London Full-time Salary: £13.50 per hour Job Description We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Carers in Finchley, North London. As a Domiciliary Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, ensuring they remain independent and comfortable in a familiar environment. You will deliver personal care and support, making a meaningful difference to the lives of our service users. Responsibilities * Provide personal care to service users, including assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. * Support service users with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as required. * Assist with medication reminders and administration (as per training and guidelines). * Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to promote independence and wellbeing. * Help with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. * Assist with social activities and encourage service users to engage with their local community. * Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided, including daily logs and reports. * Follow care plans and support individual needs in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals.
