Major Civil Engineering package - First stage of this multi phased Data Centre.

First element worth over €17 Million handling utilities diversions & civil works. Piling, earthworks and concrete package to follow in QUICK succession.

We are recruiting for a General Foreman / Site Agent to take ownership of production, safety, quality and more production.

The program is aggressive so we are seeking someone to ensure that the site flows from hitting the numbers needed, ensuring delivering work and that all barriers are removed to help the supply chain build quick.

You will have a line into the Project Director on site. Your focus will be to keep the trains on the tracks and moving at pace.

We're looking for a proactive individual with a "can-do" attitude who enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and keeping operations moving.

This isn't a desk-based management role looking at P6.

If you are happy clocking up 50,000 steps on site, having a brew in the field and making "REAL relationships" then this could be for you.

Take your time to get to know whose who in the zoo so to speak.

You will understand that each character and sub-contractor needs a different approach.

You will take time to understand this then put the foot on the peddle on site to hit numbers needed.

This is a physically demanding role so are you up for the challenge ?

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive daily production across multiple work fronts
  • Supervise and coordinate piling, groundworks, and reinforced concrete activities
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve program

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Foreman or Site Agent on civil engineering
  • Clear understanding and awareness of piling, utilities, concrete and earthworks
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate teams
  • Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards
  • Salary & Package
  • Basic salary up to €95,000, depending on experience
  • Housing provided, fully expensed
  • 1 Flight to home country per month
  • Fully expensed vehicle
