We are looking for driven, confident, and ambitious individuals to join our growing recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based in the Hayling Island Office. No experience? No problem. If you’ve got the drive to succeed and the right attitude, we’ll give you all the tools and training to start you on your recruitment career path.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Communicating to clients every day (yes, on the phone, MS Teams & E-mails)
- Matching people with jobs - Is this a GOOD fit for both parties?
- Managing the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Advertising the job through to checking in they are enjoying it and doing well.
- Learning fast, earning fast, and having fun while doing it.

On a daily basis you will be talking to Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Commercial Managers & Planners alongside other skill sets.
