We are seeking a proactive Design Manager to join our project team on a fast-paced building in Somerset.

Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the design process across all project stages.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the site delivery team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Review design information to ensure compliance.
- Identify and resolve design issues proactively to minimize delays and risks.
- Chair design team meetings and monitor progress against agreed deliverables.
- Ensure all design information is issued accurately and in line with the construction programme.
- Support value engineering and buildability reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience as a Design Coordinator / Manager with a main OR PMC on building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
