Intermediate or Senior 4D Planner (Independent & Standalone) to work within the 4D construction Teams.
You will be working on Major Projects in the High Technology space.
You will be developing and coordinating 4D Models and construction programs (P6) TO DEMONSTRATE realistic construction sequencing.
In this role you will be involved with 4D, 3D & 2D.
Working alongside the Pre-Construction team to bring together detailed simulations & methodology.
Rubbing shoulder with Planning, Logistics & Operations.
You will be thinking outside the BOX to to speak on risk versus alternative build and options to save time / money.
Leading the 4 D PRESENTATION for internal & external purposes. Working in a presentation panel to present the businesses capability and tender efficiency.
This role needs an eye for detail to ensure Model accuracy is inline with BIM , Construction standards and the drawings / package to quote.
This role handles critical detail from earthworks data, survey information to linking 3D data to program tasks, producing visuals and animations from logistics to construction sequencing.
This is very much a HANDS ON can do role as its a small team all pulling in the same direction.
Due to the environment attitude and communication skills are EVERYTHING.

You will have the ability and focus to work to deadlines , at times working in a team and other times very focused and locked away with your own thoughts on smaller projects.
This work is a case by case depending upon complexity and urgency to BID.

Requirements
- Strong awareness and proficiency handling Synchro PRO 4D
- 4 D Planning Experience on High Technology Projects such as Hospitals, Data Centres and Airport Terminals
- Following software is USED DAILY - Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D & Primavera P6
- BIM LEVEL 2
- Awareness and experience handling LEAN methods of Construction
- Used the following platforms / IT - Construction Operations Building Information Exchange, BIM360 & Aconex
- Track record on ADOBE - after & pro
- Ideally candidates will be based within 50 Minutes drive of Uxbridge - West London near Junction 16 of the M25.
- This role requires a minimum of 4 days based in the Head Office with 1 remote working
