Our client are a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a Major Mega Watt Data Centre. The main difference you will find to other projects and main contractors. 1. The pace of build 2. Variations and changes to keep up with a fluid Design Process 3. The demand of the client, they are spending Multi Million $ Dollars and expect results and URGENCY Everyone understands the nature of Mission Critical Data Centres and the profitability of these assets when built. Therefore handover dates and plans are aggressive as time is money in these circumstances.
