Senior Project Manager - CSA

Mega Watt Data Centre outside of Frankfurt – Germany. Our Main Contracting client are seeking an energetic, sharp & driven Senior Project Manager with clear CSA experience. You will have delivered at least 1 Mega Watt Data Centre worth €100 Million + as the CSA Lead. If you are driven to make Project Director and want a business that will support this growth read on. This group are live in 11 different countries at present and dealing with a vast majority of Technology Clients and providers. Group is currently turning over €1.3 Billion and have a superb reputation for delivery & quality. The shock for some new employees is the pace of build , sequencing and deliverables. The group spend a HUGE amount of time managing pre-construction elements in collaboration with the supply chain to ensure project certainty and speed. Reporting into the Project Director on site you will take full responsibility for for the activities in the field from lifts, programs, progress, delays , recovering plans and so on. Can you think outside the box and adapt to weather conditions or design changes ? Project in Germany * More Than 70 Mega Watt * Construction spend of €180 Million * 24,000 Square Meters of top level IT spread across 3 Floors * Major PMC & End Client User The right Senior Project Manager – CSA will understand the importance of team spirit and have the ability to get the most out everyone around them. This includes sub-contractors, stakeholders, team-mates and all associated to the project pulling in the right direction to hit landmark dates. Given your data centre project experience you will understand the kinetic nature and pace on site. Hence the importance of the right leadership to direct the team through the highs and lows. Simply put this is not a JOB but a real career opportunity.
