Have you got successful Industrial project experience as a No1 under your belt? Have you taken projects from inception to completion? Do you also have a track record as a No1 on Industrial projects valued over £45 Million? You will need to have a clear understanding of the importance of working closely with clients and sub-contractors to build strong ongoing working relationships for repeat business.

Full responsibility of your site, you\’ll report directly into the Construction Director. You will have the know-how to add value at pre-tender stage & executive stage whilst on site. This candidate would be part of an already established team and have aspirations for career development towards directorship.

Ultimately, you will understand we need a WIN WIN on site for all parties so everyone makes money and is happy!

If you are highly motivated, have a positive mentality, and demonstrate strong leadership towards your team, the ability to manage major large-scale Industrial projects or multiple projects moving forward may well be the perfect fit.
