Due to continued expansion and a major Data Centre build in Frankfurt, this Main Contractor are looking to appoint multiple Quantity Surveyors at all levels (Intermediate, Senior, and Commercial Management). Key Responsibilities
- Support the commercial delivery of a large-scale Data Centre project from pre-construction through to final account
- Monitor and report on project costs, cash flow, and financial performance against budgets
- Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, including procurement, contract negotiation, and subcontract administration
- Assess subcontractor applications, certify payments, and manage commercial correspondence
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change events, ensuring commercial risk is controlled and opportunities are maximised
- Work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
- Contribute to cost value reconciliation (CVR), forecasting, and monthly commercial reporting
- Ensure commercial processes align with company procedures, contract requirements, and industry standards
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Proven Data Centre construction experience (essential)
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor at any level, with flexibility across Intermediate, Senior, or Commercial Lead roles
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Competence with cost management systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technically demanding project environment
