We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our project team on a fast-paced Manufacturing facility in Devon reaches its final stretch.

The role has arisen due to awards and illnesses so the team URGENTLY need to hire a No1 to lead the final 25% of the program on site.

The scope on site includes, due to the MEP , SYSTEMS and environment we are seeking a detailed orientated Project Manager.

This project demands a strong communicator to handle a demanding client, handover and specialist sub-contractors.

Your experience will show a track record on high-tech complex projects such as Manufacturing, Food, Research & Pharma.

Working for this leading main contractor, you will play a key role in managing the final handover process whilst negotiating a further award with this client.

Its a crucial client with a vast spend over the next 5 years so a light touch and detail is KEY.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all activities on site
  • Prioritize key needs to hit program and enable sub-contractors to achieve progress
  • Liaise with client & subcontractors, this means effective communication & collaboration

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager / Senior Leader on site with a main contractor OR PMC on relevant projects / sectors in the UK OR Ireland
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and delivery to completion
  • Capable of managing a fast-paced program & environment
  • As much as the role is based in Devon due to the client base you MUST be open to travel and staying away if needed.
  • CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
  • Clear experience within Construction be that trades background or educational route with a Degree
