Project Director Data Centre due to break ground June 2026. Our Main Contracting client are after someone to lead the works from start to finish. As the leader on site you will provided executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for this project in the Netherlands. Ideally you have complex technical engineering projects behind you. Having worked for Main Contractors you understand the push pull on risk, program and engagement. Your CV will clearly show stability and success handling multidisciplinary design-and-build projects worth €120 Million + The following elements are CRITICAL for our client Leadership on site : Overseeing all facets from Preconstruction to Testing & Commissioning, FAT SAT stages. Integration & Coordination for CSA, MEP & Specialist Systems. Commercial & Contractual management: handling risk, contracts , claims, EOT\’s and profitability. Working with commercial team to ensure your across everything. Leadership & Mentoring: Promoting a forward thinking & can do culture. No problems just solutions. How do we think outside the box to find wins for all. Working with everyone from Safety, Planning & Operations. Stakeholder Management: Build and develop a strong working relationship. Able to provide the client the wins and losses to build trust. Ensuring that real collaboration is done and not just talked about.
