Projects Director / Framework Director for a Major Tech Client handling Mega Watt Data Centres. Our client is a Leading UK Main contractor with a real foothold in this sector.
Client has just signed a major framework with an International Technology client to handle a vast amount of Megawatts across the UK & Europe.
The first phase of this multi-faceted agreement is in and around the M25 / London Region. 2 new awards are set to start in Q1 2026 in West London & Central. With the location and programme come all the logistical and planning challenges that come from such awards.
Our client needs a Project Director / Operations Manager that can deliver, manage teams and collaborate with designers, stakeholders and the supply chain.
You will be fully versed at all stages of a Data Centre construction. You understand all aspects in detail from planning, CSA, MEP, Commissioning, Testing and Handover.
You will be able to mentor, guide and develop teams. Can you bring others on the journey from what will be a Β£100 Million client to a Β£400 Million?
You will take P&L reporting into the Board. Your role will grow over time as will the benefits and rewards for your hard work. You could be looking at bonuses in line with targets set up to 25-50% of your annual salaried package + annual pay review.
You will have the desire and ambition to make this your own and to drive the full scope and opportunities through your team. Managing client & stakeholder, driving project teams, handling risk, cost, contracts and engineering.

Role:

Package:
- Basic Salary Range is Β£(phone number removed) depending upon experience
