Senior Estimator
Based in the UK, handling Building Tenders for Commercial, Retail, Technology or Industrial Projects. Located at the Head Office – South West London Region off the M25.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range of £75-95,000 + Benefits
- Bonus incentives of 15-30% of annual salary, split over the year

Business & Role

- Full 360 Design & Build offering to clients on a lump sum basis
- Turnover of £650 Million+ in the UK with work outside the UK
- Non-hybrid working pattern; full-time commitment 9am‑5pm
Responsibilities
- Lead Design & Build bids from first principles, pulling projects apart to assess risk and opportunity
- Research supply chain, programme, and alternative methods of build to propose to client
- Hands‑on drive a bid from start to submission and close
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a Senior Estimator / Intermediate capacity
- Must be able to start employment before 1 September
- Must be based within 60 minutes drive from office
- Relevant construction experience, able to relate to site teams and clients
- IT literate with strong working knowledge of CCS / Candy
