From their Newcastle office, you'll play a pivotal role in securing high-value projects across the Data Centre, Technology and Pharmaceutical sectors. Why this business? As a Senior Estimator, you'll lead bids from first principles, identifying risk and opportunity while shaping winning tender strategies on technically complex projects. What we're looking for You'll ideally have: * Experience as a Senior Estimator or a strong Intermediate Estimator ready to step up. * A proven background pricing building projects for a Main Contractor. * Experience leading Design & Build tenders from first principles. * The ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams. * Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify project risks and opportunities. * A good working knowledge of CCS Candy (or similar estimating software). * Residence within approximately 60 minutes of Newcastle.
