Are you an experienced MEP professional with a background in large-scale technical or mission-critical projects? We’re seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to join a leading international construction delivery team specialising in advanced Data Centre Developments across Europe.
The Role
As MEP Supervisor, you will play a key role in the on-site management and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within high-specification data centre projects. You’ll ensure that installation works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP subcontractors to ensure timely and quality installation.
- Monitor progress, performance, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on MEP installations.
- Support the commissioning and handover processes, ensuring systems meet operational requirements.
- Liaise with project management, design, and client teams to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong safety culture on site.
About You
- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role within data centre, industrial, or large commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
