I’m working with a leading international construction contractor that are looking to grow their Commercial Team on a Major Data Centre project in Frankfurt. We are looking for people with prior Data Centre experience who can hit the ground running on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial reports for MEP works
- Carry out regular valuations and produce accurate cost and commercial analyses
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to implement effective cost control strategies
- Manage tender processes, procurement, and contract administration
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, variations, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Prior Data Centre experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a strong MEP focus
- Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
