This person will have clear MEP experience delivering large scale MEP packages for either the MEP Sub-Contractor or the Principal Main Contractor. This group has some incredibly strong CSA characters but needs a strong MEP lead in Germany for this new award.

Role:
- Need to be able to add value at pre & post contract
- Prepared to be hands-on and work with real people

- Able to protect and stand by decisions. The group doesn’t expect perfection but they do expect someone to be upfront & transparent
Must-haves:
- MEP background (mechanical bias preferred)
- Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP projects of €25M+
- Experience in high-spec / mission-critical environments
- Eligible to work in Germany / EU passport or valid permit
Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership of the MEP package: planning, procurement, execution, commissioning
- Stakeholder/client interface: main contractor, consultant, subcontractor management
- Commercial control: budget, contract management, risk mitigation
- Team leadership: PMs, engineers, site management and ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence
