We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support delivery on a major, technically complex Data Centre project with a reputable Main Contractor. This is a key role overseeing large-scale mechanical systems on a mission-critical build.
The Role
- Guide the mechanical scope from early-stage design involvement through to full installation and system commissioning.
- Provide mechanical expertise during PCSA, contributing to design refinement, sequencing, and buildability.
- Lead the performance of mechanical subcontractors, ensuring clarity of scope and aligned delivery.
- Monitor activities across HVAC, piping, chilled water systems, and associated plant.
- Manage mechanical quality control and ensure all works meet project standards and technical requirements.
- Oversee testing, commissioning milestones, and mechanical readiness for client handover.
About You
- Strong mechanical background on large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in pre-construction / PCSA.
- Track record managing mechanical subcontractors.
- Main Contractor background preferred.
- Experience on Data Centre or mission-critical projects.
- Ability to work full time near Berlin.
